The main deity of this sthalam is Sri Janarthana Perumal. The Perumal is found in standing (Nindra) position facing his thiruMugham towards east direction. The position of this Perumal is a unique one. His right hand is position as if he is performing "Aachamanam" and it is said that his right hand is raised towards his mouth and it is believed that if his hand goes nearer to his ThiruVaai (mouth), the world will come to an end (Kali yugam).
Vimaanam: Krishna Vimaanam.
Pushkarani: Anjaneya Pushkarani and Samuthira Sthanam.
Prathyaksham: Pattathri.
