The Moolavar of this sthalams is Bhoovaragha Murthy and he is giving his seva in Nindra Thirukkolam. This thirukkolam of the Perumal needs to be explained because his body is facing towards west direction but his thirumugham (face) is facing towards south direction. This is one of the rare thirukkolam given by the Perumal.
The Thaayar who reside in this sthalam is Ambujavalli Thaayar. The utsavar is Ashvatha Narayanan, also called as "Yagna Varaghar".

1. As the command from Sri Varahar, Garudalwar stays in this sthalams in Guru Sthanam (position) and is giving the seva to the Bhaktas.
2. After the Thiru manjanam (divine bath) is done for the Moolavar, a great prasadham called “Musthabhi Sooranam” is given to the bhaktas. This Sooranam is the mixture of Gorai Kezangu, Mango, Sugar, Cow Ghee, Pacchai Karpooram, and Elachi powder. This Prasadham is said to cure all sorts of diseases and said to be a great prasadham.
