Maasi month - Brahmotsavam for 7 days. Starts in Barani Nakshatram (Star).
Chitthirai month - Brahmotsavam for 9 days.
During the Chitthirai month Brahmotsavam the Perumal is taken out for Purappadu (taken out of the temple and come around various streets) both in the morning and evening.
On Chitthira Pournami, in Nithya Pushkarani, Theerthavaari utsavam is done in a grand manner.
