This Paasuram is explained after the Paavais along with Sri Andal entering into the palace of Nandagopar. As soon as they enter into it, they woke up Nandagopar, then Yasodhai and finally Sri Krishnar and Balaramar.
"Nandagopaney! You are said to be a great donor of clothes, water etc., which are essential ones. Please wake up. Yasodhai matha! You are the chief women among the Aayar kulam. Please wake up! Hey Krishna! You took the great Vamanavathar and measured the earth and the sky for two feet's and you are the chief of all the Devars. Please wake up! And, also wake - Balaramar, who is found with golden thiruvadi. Hey Kanna, please wake up and also Balaramar to give both of your sevas. We are waiting for that only."
